Claude Lee Sears, 85, Nixa, MO formerly of Liberty, Missouri passed away January 10, 2015. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 14 at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, Liberty, MO. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri.
Claude was born May 1, 1929 in Chattanooga, TN. He was a Marine Corp Veteran having served during the Korean War. He married Marilyn on October 10, 1953. Claude was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn Sears in 2002; son Scott Sears in 1979; his parents Leonard and Ida Sears and his brother Leonard L. Sears, Jr. Survivors include daughter, Karel A. Gray and her husband Richard of Nixa, MO; grandson, William Gray and his wife Rachel of Nixa; sister, Nadine Donahoo, Huntsville, Alabama and several nieces and nephews.
