Nancy, 96, passed away October 9, 2017. A visitation will be held Thursday, October 12th from 10:00 to 11:00a.m. with a funeral service at 11:00a.m. at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 East Franklin Street, Liberty, Missouri 64068. Interment will follow in Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty, Missouri 64068. Nancy was born March 18, 1921 in Lily, Missouri to Wilson Scott and Ollie Barbara (Murphy) Moore. She married Floyd Waters on September 10, 1953 and they were members of Liberty United Methodist Church. Nancy worked at Lake City Ammunitions Plant. After Floyd passed in 1995, Nancy founded Ladies Without Nobles at Ararat Shrine Temple in Kansas City. In her free time, she enjoyed watching the Chiefs and Royals play and even held Chiefs season tickets at one time. She loved the outdoors and could often be found doing yard work. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd and her brother, Kenneth Moore. She is survived by her son, Craig Waters and his wife, Robin; a granddaughter, Michelle Waters and a niece, Celesta Moore.
