Rosie Pearl Webb, age 94, of Missouri City, Missouri passed away at Aspire of Excelsior Springs on Friday, December 22, 2023. Visitation will begin on December 28, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Church Archer Pasley Funeral Home, 119 East Franklin Street, Liberty, Missouri. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., also at Church Archer Pasley Funeral Home. Burial will occur on December 28, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. at South Point Cemetery in Orrick, Missouri.
Rosie was born on April 16, 1929 to Lula (Collins) and Benjamin Webb. She had eight siblings, most of whom passed away before her. She lived with her sister, Linda Barker, for over 30 years in Missouri City, Missouri, before her time at Aspire of Excelsior Springs.
Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, Lula and Benjamin; her brothers, Jessy, Woodie, and Benny; and her sisters, Mary, Ora, Linda, and Joyce.
Rosie is survived by her brother, Noah Webb; her niece, Nellie McClellan; and several other family members and friends.
