A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery, 1712 Pleasant Hill Liberty Road, Liberty, NC with Rev. Howard Spray and Pastor Willie Pickard officiating.
He was the son of the late Roy Clifford and Joy Andrew Carter and was also preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Haithcock Carter.
Bobby is survived by his sons, Bryan Carter of Browns Summit, NC and Kenny Carter of Ormond Beach, FL; grandchildren, Matthew Carter, Andrew Carter, Cotton Carter and August Carter; and sister, Doris Daniels.
