When i met David back in 2006 in Ky. His niece had actually been dating my son, he'd came to the house one night to talk, get to know each other, ect.. Ending the night with him playing his guitar & singing.. I fell in love with his voice lol... So, when my ex husband & I got married, David sing at my wedding continuing on with the reception &he put on the greatest show that could have possibly been put on for a wedding reception. We had been close ever since that day..
David had the kindest, caring, loving, protective, strong willed soul. It was a blessing to have known David & to have him in my life... He always knew what to say to cheer me up if i was down, he always knew how to make me smile & forget the negatives & bad happenings in my life.
David i believe was one of Gods chosen earth bound angels that he'd sent to help him guide some of his lost souls back to light... And to show some that love, kindness, compassion, happiness, faith, hope, strength, ect is in fact real.
I literally can feel my heart breaking right now. If only i could have just 5 min with him.
REST IN PEACE MY SWEET ANGEL
YOU MAY BE GONE BUT YOU'LL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN
I LOVE YOU ETERNALLY
I MISS YOU TERRIBLY
UNTIL I SEE YOU AGAIN

It was a privilege knowing David for proably the past 12 to 14 years. It was an honor knowing and marrying David and Brittany Gilbert. I met David at a church in Ohio. I remember the first time I met with David to see if he wanted to help and sing at a men's weekend, he said yes..,. he called me 20 minutes after heading home and said the LORD had given him the words for Anckord to the Rock. Amazing gift God had place in David. Very special time I will cherish. We talked a lot about Jesus being God's only begotten Son, God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever would believe in Him would not parish, but have everlasting and eternal life... Just Because, Jesus said, I am the way the truth and the life no man comes to the Father except by/through Me. That's what I loved about our conversations. You will be missed David.

David was my 1st husband. We had so many great memories. One of my favorites was when we went to his dads for the evening and we all were sitting on the porch and he was singing and the next thing i knew he asked me to marry him. We ended up going our own way but i know that he will be missed by a lot of people and i am praying for everyone

The time we went to Ohio to visit my family and David Wayne met my father and mother he seen how sick with dementia and that my dad didn't have much time before he would not remember us so it broke David's heart, so he asked my parents if he could marry there daughter. With a lot of help from his sister Tammy Ketchum we were married by the weekend. It was a beautiful wedding and I'm thankful for his family.
