

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 1: 00 p.m. at Dr. Clyde M. Gilmore Memorial Park, 6500 Liberty Road, Julian, NC, officiated by Pastor Travis Brock.
Helen was the daughter of the late Zeb and Inez Coble and was also preceded in death by grandsons-in-law, Craig Davis and Shane McMasters; and sister, Ruth Willetts.
She leaves behind her husband, Harry Woosley; daughters, Rebecca “Becky” Sims (Russell) and Anna “Scotty” McCall (Gary); sons, Mark Woosley (Sue) and John Woosley (Melinda); grandchildren, Anna Davis, Sharon Pawson (Joel), Chris McMasters, Mark Greeson (Christine), Danielle Woosley, Tyler Woosley, Julia Woosley, Stacey Coleman (Patrick), and Dylan Woosley (Alexis); great-grandchildren, Nicholas Davis, Nathan Davis, Olivia Davis, Brandon Pawson, Morgan McMasters, Carter Greeson, Ryan Greeson, Summer Woodard, Addalyn Woodard, Oliver Coleman, Jasper Coleman and Odin Woosley; sisters, Mary Long, Joan Coble and Sandra Booth; and brother, Johnny Coble.
Helen met her husband, Harry, at Brevard College and later became married, lasting 72 years. She was talented in many skills and hobbies such as wood carving, basket weaving, painting, flower arranging, glass cutting, cooking and gardening. Her favorite hobby by far was being “Memaw” to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They will all miss her dearly.
