.Mr. Linwood Ross Wheeler, 82, of Liberty, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at his residence.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2010 at the Loflin Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Gene Booker. Burial will follow at Chatham Memorial Park, Siler City, N.C.Mr. Wheeler was preceded in death by his parents; James J. and Gladys Mills Wheeler, three Sisters and four Brothers.Mr. Wheeler is survived by his wife Ava L. Wheeler of the home; three daughters, Janice Maness of Staley, Brenda Jones of Liberty, Glenda Barton (Bobby), of Greensboro; grandchildren, Sandy Baker (Kyle), Neal Jones (Mandy), Toby Jones, Chad Barton, Jeremy Barton (Miranda), Nick Maness (Erica); two great-grandsons, Shaun Maness and Austin Baker; two step great-grandchildren, Grace and Will Parker.
