Scotty was a good, hard-working man who was always there for everyone who knew him. among his favorite things to do were playing with the grandkids and doing whatever they wanted to do, going fishing and raising a garden each year. He was a Nascar and Carolina Panthers Football fan. He will be remembered most for the love he had for his family.
Scotty's wishes were to have no formal services and to have his ashes spread.
He was the son of the late Roscoe and Dossie Moss Blevins; and was also preceded in death by his brother, Cliff Blevins.
Scotty is survived by his wife, Dorothy Ann Caulder "Dot" Blevins; daughters, Dawn Blevins, Beth Martin and husband, Eddie and Roxanne Ribera; son, Scott Blevins, Jr.; grandchildren, Ethan Martin, Allana Tinnin, Avery Tinnin, and Steven Hernandez.
