Belinda was born on November 22, 1960 in Williamson, West Virginia to Bertha Smith. She married Bobby Darrell Smith on July 16, 1977. Shortly after, they were blessed with the birth of their sons, Bobby Smith and Bryan Smith.
Although born in West Virginia, Belinda resided in Kentucky for most of her life before relocating to Coconut Creek, FL. Among her many pastimes, she was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family especially her children, grandchildren, and dog.
Belinda is preceded in death by her mother, Bertha Smith, and husband, Bobby Darrell Smith.
She is survived by her beloved sons, Bryan Smith (Shylla), Bobby Smith (Nadira), and Albaro Moya (Milla), as well as her 3 grandchildren, Jonathan Moya, Lena Moya, and Ansley Smith, and her beloved dog, Dre.
