Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Todd is the beloved son of Dorothy Ann and Joseph Oliver Cole. He is the loving brother of Holly Phillips (David), Joseph Cole (Elizabeth) and Candace Cole. He is also survived by his dear nieces and nephews, Flynn, Fisher, Tate, Olivia and Crew.
Graveside Services are planned for Saturday April 18, 2020 at Pompano Beach Municipal Cemetery in Pompano Beach.
A public gathering to Celebrate the Life of Todd will be announced in the coming weeks for all to attend.
Todd's family asks that any expressions of sympathy in remembrance of Todd be made in his memory to a charity of ones choice.
