Jacqueline Sue “Jackie” Conrad, 53, of Lima, died at 2:49 p.m., Saturday, December 26, 2015, at St. Rita’s Medical Center. She was born July 28, 1962, in Lima, to William Lawrence Washington and Doris Charmaine (Oglesbee) Downton who preceded her in death.
Survivors include her longtime partner, Hugh Morgan; her children: Jessica Conrad, Jennifer Conrad, Joseph (Tammy) Downton and Robyn (Heath) Sunderland; her grandchildren: Tre’ley, Joseph, Jr., Ayanna, Bella, Jemmi, Mariah, Jordynn, Michael and Gabriel; her siblings: Michael Alves, David Alves, Shane Downton, Brenda Alves, Vickie (Tom) Alves and Tina Brown.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Tonette (Alves) Smith.
Jackie was a homemaker.
A private family service was held and she was later cremated.
Siferd-Orians Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
