David Ramos Mejia

David was preceded in death by his parents, Grace Pugh and Frank Mejia; and his brothers, Henry Mejia and Alex Mejia.

David enjoyed woodworking, traveling, mariachi music, and family gatherings. One of his proudest achievements was being named Firefighter of the Year in 1984 by the Oswald Tudor Fire Department, a reflection of his dedication and service to others.

He is survived by his loving wife, Susan; his children, Issac Mejia, Rachel Mejia, and Mikey Mejia; his stepchildren, Jeff Brooks and Dena Delgado; his siblings, Elizabeth Andrews, Fernando Mejia, John Mejia, Suzanne Guimont, Maria Mejia, Esteban Mejia, Maria Elena, Elia, and Estella; his grandchildren, Sydney, Sean, Ernie, Diego Luke, Teyleir, Caura, Haley, Millie, Lina, and Moises; and his great-grandchildren, Luna and Evelyn.

Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on February 6, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at Lincoln Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the McBean Park Pavilion.
