Felicia Dawn (Lloyd) Blythe, 61, was welcomed into Jesus' arms on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the Beatrice Community Hospital under the care of Cottonwood Hospice. Felicia was the most giving person who had unconditional love and without judgement towards all she knew.
Felicia was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on October 26, 1962 to John William Lloyd and Wanda Mae (Slye) Lloyd Othling. She grew up in Lincoln and went to school and graduated from Malcolm High School. She got her surgical tech degree from SCC in Lincoln and her RN degree from Cloud County Community College.
Felicia married the love of her life, George S. Blythe, on July 2, 1990. Her most treasured gifts were their children: Ryan, Dalton, Mason, Parker, Melia, Colton, and Wyatt. The children brought more gifts in giving Felicia and George grandchildren. They made their home in Beatrice, Nebraska for 35 years.
Felicia loved spending time with her family and also enjoyed traveling, gardening, pottery, antiques, animals, dolphins and turtles. Felicia loved her job as a nurse at Beatrice Community Hospital where no one left without feeling her love and compassion. She carried Jesus in her heart and shared His love with all.
Felicia is survived by her husband, George; children, Ryan (Corlyn) Blythe, Dalton (Shirley) Blythe, Mason (Beatriz) Blythe, Parker Blythe, Melia Blythe, Colton Blythe and Wyatt (Brittanie) Blythe; grandchildren, Collin and Roslyn Blythe; Lilliana, Alani, and Aliyah Blythe; Frank Blythe; Braxton Blythe and one precious baby due in February 2025; her stepfather and wife, Ron (Nona) Othling; brothers, Russell (Nikki) Othling, Roger Othling, Darren (Beth) Lloyd, and Ryan Othling.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Lloyd and Wanda (Slye) Lloyd Othling; daughter, Olivia; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Felicia's Celebration of Life will be held at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 South 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68512, on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM. lincolnfh.com
