Gladys A. “Ginger” Anderson age 90 of Lincoln, died Saturday, January 10, 2015. Born in Milan, MN to Emil and Katie (Joyce) Wanke. She was a member of the First Lutheran church in Lincoln and retired in 1986 from the AC Nielson Research Co. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting, knitting and hardanger embroidery. Preceded in death by her parents; husband of 55 years Orville; son Jeffrey Royce Anderson, 4 sisters, 4 brothers and 2 grandsons. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Karen and Phillip Wingen; daughter-in-law Annette Anderson; brother and sister-in-law John and Betty Wanke, 7 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Funeral service 11:00am Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the First Lutheran Church 1551 S. 70th St. Lincoln, NE. Visitation one hour before services at the church. Memorials to St. Elizabeth Hospice or to the church.
