Willard E. “Bill” Mason, 82 of Lincoln passed away March 6, 2015. Born August 31, 1932 to Herbert and Letty Mason at Louisville, NE. Served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1954. On June 12, 1955, Willard was united in marriage to Gailya Percival at Falls City, NE. Survivors include his wife, Gailya “Gay” Mason; children, Kimberly (Randy) Creech; Timothy (Linda) Mason; grandchildren, Stefanie (Shane) Will-Creech; Bradley Mason; Eric Mason; and Marc Mason; great-grandson, Brady Creech; sisters, Audrey Steinkamp and Janice Amick; as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Thelma; and a daughter, Jennifer Mason. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Monday March 9, 2015 from 5 until 7 PM at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. Casual attire is requested. Memorials in Willard’s name may be directed to the family.
