Jacek is survived by his loving wife Teresa, after 43 years of marriage, and his 2 daughters; Magdalena and Anna Moskal.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, December 23, 2019, 9:00 AM from Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East St. George Avenue, Linden. Mass will be offered at St. Adalbert RC Church, Elizabeth at 10:00 AM, with interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Linden. Visiting Sunday, December 22, 2019, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
