

Max Mozoul, 74, of Union, New Jersey passed away peacefully of natural causes on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Born on April 20, 1951, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti to Sylva Mozoul and Imercile Fleuranvil. Max lived a full life marked by quiet strength and resilience. Though he did not often seek the spotlight, his gentle spirit and steadfast nature left a lasting impression on all who had the good fortune to know him.
After spending most of his life in Haiti, Max eventually made his home in New Jersey where he was surrounded by his children and grandchildren, where he built a life characterized by dedication and perseverance.
Max is preceded in death by his parents, Sylva Mozoul and Imercile Fleuranvil. Max is survived by his former spouse, Marie Flor and their children: Reginald, Eugenia (Martine), and Stephan. Along with his son’s, Herby, and Steve. He was a devoted grandfather to: Devin, Aiden, Stephanie, Kennedy, Eugene, Alanna, Gianna, Jessie, Aubrey, and Charlotte. He is also survived by his brother’s Willy, and Fritzner, sister’s, Lina and Cilliane, nephew, Gary and host of loving relatives and friends.
Max Mozoul will be remembered for his unwavering love and the joy he brought to all who knew him. Max will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his kindness he so freely gave. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

A visitation and service will be held at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint Georges Ave, Linden, on Friday,
February 20, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
A committal service will follow at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden.
