Maxima Camacho

Máxima Camacho nació el 29 de julio de 1951 en Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Hija de Francisco Camacho y Nereida Gómez. Se casó con su amado esposo Félix Rodríguez y se reubicó a la ciudad de Nueva York en 1967. De ese matrimonio floreció su primera hija Margie Rodríguez y luego de los años tuvo a su segunda hija Suheil Ríos. Ella amaba a sus dos hijas incondicionalmente con todo su corazón.

Ella fue trabajadora de factoría y costurera, pero además de eso era una mujer muy inteligente, talentosa que podía realizar cualquier tipo de labor. Una mujer cristiana que adoraba a Dios sobre todas las cosas. Le encantaba cantar cánticos de alabanzas para honrar y adorar a Dios. Tenía un excelente conocimiento de las Escrituras bíblicas.

Mujer luchadora que podía superar cualquier cosa, cuando era posible. El morivivi, la reina como le decíamos la que alumbraba de alegría cualquier lugar que llegaba con su energía y simpatía. Siempre quería que todos la pasaran bien, como era ella: alegre, divertida, amorosa, humilde, servicial, buena madre, hija, hermana, abuela, bisabuela y amiga. Era tremenda sandunguera, le encantaba bailar y les enseñó a muchos sus movimientos. Encendía las fiestas con su carisma y ponía a todos a bailar.

Así la recordaremos y la llevaremos en nuestros corazones.

A Máxima le sobreviven sus dos hijas: Margie Rodríguez, Suheil Ríos, sus nietos: Taisha, Jan Carlos, Francisco, Alejandro y su bisnieto Jaxon, sus hermanos: Margarita, Angelina, Eduarda, Roberto, Misglory y Glorimy Camacho.

Nuestra familia desea darle las gracias por toda la ayuda y cuidado que le dieron sus familiares cercanos y lejanos los cuales físicamente no pudieron estar presente pero la tuvieron en sus oraciones. Gracias a todos por amarla y cuidarla incondicionalmente.

Máxima Camacho was born on July 29, 1951 in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Daughter of Francisco Camacho and Nereida Gómez. She married her beloved husband Félix Rodríguez and relocated to New York City in 1967. From that marriage her first daughter Margie Rodríguez was born and over the years she had her second daughter Suheil Ríos. She loved her two daughters unconditionally with all her heart.

She was a factory worker and seamstress, but in addition to that she was a very intelligent, talented woman who could do any type of work. A christian woman who worshiped God above all things. She loved to sing songs of praise to honor and worship God. She had an excellent knowledge of the biblical Scriptures.

A fighter who could overcome anything, when possible. The "morivivi", the queen as we called her, the one who illuminated with joy any place she came to with her energy and sympathy. She always wanted everyone to have a good time, just like she was: happy, fun, loving, humble, helpful, a good mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was a tremendous "sandunguera" , she loved to dance and she taught many her moves. She lit up the parties with his charisma and made everyone dance.

Thus, we will remember her and carry her in our hearts.

Máxima has alive her two daughters: Margie Rodríguez, Suheil Ríos, her grandchildren: Taisha, Jan Carlos, Francisco, Alejandro and her great-grandson Jaxon, her siblings are: Margarita, Angelina, Eduarda, Roberto, Misglory and Glorimy Camacho.

Our family would like to thank for all the help and care given to her those who were close or at distant those who couldn't physically be present but kept her in their prayers. Thank you all for loving her and taking care of her unconditionally.

A visitation for Maxima will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 5:00-9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East St. George Avenue Linden. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the prayer service on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.
