As we grow we become acquainted with somber emotions in some capacity, either vicariously or first-hand.

Thus, we are reminded to enjoy and rejoice every precious second.

But to err is human - we forget.

We move along - from one sunrise to the next - collecting memories, and moments in our hands to replenish recesses of our minds.

Sometimes without warning, there comes the moment when the hands feel light - there is something amiss. Then a blow of realization knocks us off kilter. The realization is – one of the great stars that shined in some of those precious and pretty, and underappreciated moments will no longer in new ones.

But the light hasn't gone out. Stars illuminate for well beyond our lifetimes - millions, billions, even trillions of years.

So as somber tears overflow and overwhelm us up to our ears, we must remember to look up. Look for the brightest star to guide us back to self.

Dearest Natalie is with us. Yes, in a different form, but with us nonetheless.

I worked with Natalie for 3 years. Chatting with her was always fun and funny. I always appreciated her fierce style and love of horror movies.

I knew you since I was a kid and through out our lives we just kept crossing paths . When I started my current job you were my trainer. Things you said and ways you pushed your voice still carries me to this day at work . We had some great times sis Thankyou for being there for me and for all the love and  memories we shared and all you taught me 💔 wish we had more time 🙏RIP Natalie Alfonso gone to soon but never forgotten . Until we meet again old friend.

Halloween 2009 when I first met Natalie and she worked for me in her first of 2 seasons at Halloween City. Nat was an absolute doll, a loyal friend, and a genuine person. I can not believe I am saying goodbye to you. Take care of your sister Aimee. We will miss you not only spooky season but all year.

I remember meeting natalie in high school..she was such a good friend during high school..I will miss her..she is at peace with her sister

She introduced me to a lot of great music in high school and always had a badass attitude about life and everything. I haven't spoken to her in ages, which is why this is so jarring and I can't believe it. Rest in peace, Natalie. I'll forever raise the "metal horns" for you at every show I go to.

I am so deeply saddened by the loss of Natalie.  She and I worked together at FedEx many years ago.  I can’t imagine the grief that your family must be enduring & am so so sorry you have to bury another daughter.  The Alfonso family has my deepest condolences during this difficult time.
