Frank Tallarico

Frank Tallarico, 81, of Lisle, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 21st, 2023. Frank was born in Chicago to the late Frank and Eleanor (nee Griecus) Tallarico and spent many years there before moving to Lisle.

Frank was an active and long-standing member of the Buick Club of America, Chicagoland Chapter, and had previously raced cars in the SCCA. He was so knowledgeable about classic cars, a friend of his once said, “If you have any questions about cars, ask Frank; if he doesn’t know the answer, it’s not worth knowing.”

Frank also cherished spending time with his beloved wife of 58 years, Diana, his children and grandchildren, and his many dear friends. He was very proud of his Italian heritage, his beloved family, and his fond childhood memories of Lily Lake with his cousins, nieces and nephews. He is survived by his loving wife, Diana Tallarico, their daughter, Amy Tallarico Bailey (Michael), and their three grandchildren Parker Bailey, Gavin Bailey and Willow Turano (Micah Ramos).

Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Eleanor, and his daughter Christine Tallarico.

A visitation celebrating Frank’s life will be held on Monday, July 31st, 2023 from 3 - 8 P.M. at the Blake Lamb Funeral Home at 5015 Lincoln Avenue, Lisle, Illinois 60532, with a Celebration of Life at 6:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Diana Tallarico to the Alzheimer’s Association.
