

Aline Marguerite Marak, 96, of Little Rock passed away August 9, 2025. She was born February 17, 1929 in Hazen, Arkansas to the late Frank Paul and Teresa (Shuedy) Marak. In addition to her parents, Aline was welcomed into Heaven by her two brothers, Phillip and Frank Paul Marak Jr.
Aline grew up in Hazen until she graduated Junior High and moved to Little Rock. From there, she graduated from Mount St. Mary Academy. Aline retired from AT&T in 1990 after several decades of service. She was proud to be the first woman to work in the line department there. She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Holy Souls Catholic Church and was active in her passions for crafts that included the China Painters Guild, the Orchid Society, the Quilting Guild, and the Needlepoint Guild.
Those left to cherish the memories of Aline include her niece, Cheryl (James) Marak Oliver; nephew, Stephen A. Marak; great niece, Amanda (Tim) Pindell; great-nephew, Nicholas (Weslea) Oliver; great-great nieces and nephews, Annika, Connor, and Alyssa Pindell, and Ben and Aubrey Johnson; as well as extended family.
A Mass of Christian burial will begin 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Our Lady of Holy Souls Catholic Church. Aline will be laid to rest privately at Czech National Cemetery in Hazen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Our Lady of Holy Souls Helping Hands Charity.
