I remember Cleveland, Jr back in the days when we lived in Longley Settlement. We all knew each other and attended church together. Our fathers were in a quartet group singing all over the city and small towns. May you rest in peace. To the family and especially Mrs. Dorothy we share in your loss. May God give you the strength you need during this time of bereavement. May God's blessings be upon you.

So long too a former friend and classmate, although Cleveland was a few years ahead of me. he was always the talk around campus, he and the Mason boys. All the Deadmons stood out as gentlemen and the girls choice. Cleveland's smile lit his path all through life and his gentle spirit will certainly be missed. Rest in peace friend. Hashim Mustafa
