Earl Tracy Evans, 64, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Earl was born on January 22, 1959, to his loving parents Billy Joe (BJ) and Gloria Evans. Earl was a patriot and U.S. Navy Veteran.
Earl graduated from Hall High School in 1977, He did a tour of 6 years in the US Navy and later became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Earl was predeceased by his father Billy Joe Evans, mother Gloria P. Evans, and his younger sister Patti Watson of Jackson, Mississippi.
He is survived by his older brothers Gary A. Evans of Little Rock, and Jon R. Evans of Little Rock, and nephew James Travis Evans of Maumelle.
A service will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, December 05, 2023 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
