

A graduate of Fuller High School, she went to work at an early age for the United Auto Workers and devoted her life to the interest of working people for the next 52 and one- half years. She became interested in politics early in life and served as secretary of The Young Democrats and moved on to become a delegate to the
Democratic Convention. She volunteered at the VA Hospital and served on the North Little Rock Housing Authority for Jacksonville Towers. She served for many years as Commissioner in Charge of voting and worked for many years making certain voting equipment was in place on Election Day. An individual with many civic concerns, she was especially concerned with the plight of Native Americans. She was of the Methodist Faith.
Preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Harley and Earl Pritchard; sister, Lou Searls and her beloved niece, Betty Pritchard, she is survived by 4 nieces, Kathrine Smith of Monroe, LA, Sue Turbyfill of Glendale, AZ, Kisa Warner of Benton, AR, and Robin Warner of Columbus, OH; one nephew, Mark Warner of Chillicothe, OH; and many great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2018 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th Street, Little Rock (501) 661-9111 with Rev. Larry Ballard officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
