Steve and Suzanne were family friends and wonderful people.  We attended the same church in Little Rock.  As another member noted, Steve was there to greet us each Sunday with kind words and a smile.  He will be greatly missed.  I am so sorry for his loss and will keep his family and loved ones in my prayers.


Steve and Suzanne were some of my most favorite people. They were first my Confirmation teachers at FUMC, and then my friends. They took a group of us to Washington D.C. for Clinton’s inauguration in 1993. I loved any chance I got to visit with Steve throughout my life. I am very thankful for his influence on my life, and for his ministry at FUMC. 

Steve and Suzanne were dedicated and faithful members of First Methodist. 
I will miss visiting with Steve every Sunday as he handed me my bulletin. 
I was so sad to read that he had died so unexpectedly. I will miss him. Fred
