Jessie A. Hall, 103 formerly of Little Rock, passed away December 17, 2016. She was born on February 28, 1913 in Blue Mountain, Arkansas to the late B.H. France Sr. and the late Monnie Finch France. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Morris Hall Sr.; her son, Morris Hall Jr.; her daughter, Mona Pedigo; six brothers; and one sister. She is survived by sons, Harrison (Bernice) Hall, Robert (Barbara) Hall, and Melvin Hall; daughter, Martha (Mack) Mills; sister, Monnie Virginia Holmes; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and friends. We wish to thank the loving caregivers at River Chase Rehabilitation and Care Center in Morrilton, Arkansas for their tender care the last few years. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Little Rock West Assembly of God. Funeral service will begin at 2:00pm. Burial will immediately follow to Brown Cemetery.
