Patricia Lou Burroughs Withrow, 98, of Hot Springs, passed away January 9, 2026. She was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Lucille Pickard and W.L. Burroughs Sr.
Patricia will be laid to rest privately at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas next to her late husband, Nevil Withrow Jr.
