Robert Andrew Long

Robert was born on November 13, 1985 in Ft. Worth, TX. He attended Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic school, where his mother taught art. He was the class clown, an intellect, and a generous soul; kind, and caring.

He received his diploma and attended the PTC Aviation’s program.

Robert had a passion for all things fast; from planes and trains to motorcycles and cars. As a toddler he loved taking things apart then putting them back together. Robert loved the ocean and constructing sand castles while spending his childhood summers in Florida with his grandparents.

More than anything, he was an advocate for animals and had a soft spot for strays.

He was loved and will be missed by his family.

To his friends, we beg you to find sobriety, please let Robert's journey be a lesson and not a life lost in vain. Love yourselves and others and please from time to time tell your best story of Robert to keep his memory alive. He loved everyone.

He is survived by his daughter, Charlee, 2 years old; parents Steve and Aimee Long (Little Rock), siblings; Ashlee, Matt and Eva Lieblong, Emalee and Cecilia Long, Leslee Long, and Joseph Long (all of Little Rock) Mary "Grandmary" Armstrong (Little Rock) Uncles/Aunts include; Jim and Sandy (Memphis, TN), David and Ann (Benton), Fred and Jeanie (N. Little Rock), Diana Lett (Dundee, OR) Kent Armstrong (Little Rock) along with many cousins; Cleve McClendon and family, Barrett Long and family. Parker, Jessica, and Madeline Long. Shane Long and family, John Long and family, Brent, Kyle Long, Adam Tate, Hope Hankins, Madeline Inzinna, Jim Lett, Jason Lett and family.

Family and friends are invited to join in his Celebration of Life on Monday, December 27th, 2021 from 6:00-7:45 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 7:45 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Home, 5800 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on the following day, December 28th, 2021 at Our Lady of Holy Souls Catholic Church 1003 N. Tyler in Little Rock at 10:00 a.m.
