His contagious personality and infectious grin was a God-given gift that attracted many. Scott was a High School graduate of 1979, a Master Electrician, and a devoted Razorback fan.
Everyone who met him felt his sweet spirit which left a lasting impression. Scott was also known of living an adventurous life with no fear. In 1999, Scott experienced a remarkable change in his life, he attended a Pentecostal Church and fell in love with God. Days later, he experienced an inner change of Deliverance which led to “being On Fire for God.” It was the beginning of a new love he had never known that had changed his life.. and he never looked back... matter of fact he was a soldier for Christ and attended “ Agape Bible College. “ He became active with North Little Rock First Assembly and was a great supporter of Celebrate Recovery. For those who knew him, or those in his circle, this was a “huge change and accomplishment.” To some, if this was happening to Scott then “God was truly real.”
He shared his stories and what Jesus did for him and what he can do for others. He was a huge inspiration and mentor to Patricia’s son and granddaughter, Steven and Adriana. The testimony of Scott lead to inspire many to want to know more about Christ. Scott did not know he was a walking testimony of “Gods unconditional love.”
Scott didn’t have much to talk about, being a reserved person that he was, but when he found “Jesus“ he had a lot to talk about!!! Every person that would strike up a conversation about the conditions of this world would get in return Scott’s famous comment “ You Gotta Be Ready.”
“His life loved Legacy “ left a footprint of a “Born again child of God”
