Bill dedicated his life to hard work, faith, and family. He served with the United States Post Office for nearly 50 years. He was a proud 1973 graduate of the Arkansas School for the Deaf and remained an active member of the Little Rock Association for the Deaf (LRAD) throughout his life.
Bill loved animals, watching sports—especially football—and took great pride in cheering for his grandson who went on to play Division I football. Most of all, he loved his family deeply, especially his two daughters, who were the pride of his life. Known for his quick wit and sense of humor, Bill could always make those around him laugh.
He is survived by Gina Scroggins, who cared for him in his later years; his daughters, Karissa Thompson (Brian) and Lisa Craig; grandchildren, Joshua Thomas, Harris Thomas, Tatum Thompson, Boone Harvey, Laszlo Harvey, and Charli Thompson; his siblings, Jackie Gerlis (Ira), Alan Craig (Gaye), and Steve Craig (Traci). He will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Elizabeth Ann Ward Craig.
