Born in Colombia, South America, Bill lived a life rooted in faith and family. He spent his career at IBM for more than 25 years. His values of work ethic and commitment carried him throughout his life.
A devoted member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Bill’s faith was a guiding force. He cherished time spent with family, proudly raising a large tight-knit family whose closeness stands as one of his greatest legacies.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Marno; his children, Trey Sutton, Scott Sutton, Laurie Aguilar (Orlando), and Karen Sage (Mike). He loved his 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, who lovingly called him “Bop”.
Bill cultivated many friendships throughout his life and career. He enjoyed his time at the lake, loved duck hunting, and was an avid fan of Fox news. His favorite place on earth was at the lake, where he loved entertaining friends and family. He was especially happy when he took the kids tubing, bobbed with his family in the water, and ended the day with a nightcap on the porch.
Bill will be remembered as a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose love for his family and values will continue on for generations. He will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
