Dennis M. Herman, passed away at home surrounded by his devoted family on Sunday, March 5, 2017, never losing his wit and endearing ways. Dennis is predeceased by his parents, Ruth & Emanuel Herman, and his sister, Gloria Herman Cohen. Dennis is survived by his loving wife Frances, of 62 years. Loving father of Sandy (Mark) Kopelow and Lauren (Stuart) Zander. Cherished grandfather of Samantha, Max and Benjamin. Brother of Joel (Susan) Herman. Dennis was an Air Force Veteran and a lifelong member of Congregation Oheb Shalom in South Orange. He was an adored uncle and loved his many wonderful friends.
A funeral service will be offered 1:30PM Monday, March 6, 2017 at the Bernheim Apter Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel 68 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ. Interment will be in King Solomon Cemetery, Clifton, NJ.
