

Herbert Moskowitz, 79 of Boynton Beach, Florida, formerly of Edison, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2018. Born in Brooklyn, he graduated from Erasmus Hall High School. He was the beloved husband of the late Elaine Moskowitz, loving father of Scott (Judy) Moskowitz and Stacy (Andrew Lieberman) grandfather of Steven, Matthew, Emma, Emily, and brother of Estelle and Louise.
Herb and Elaine were married in 1962 and spent 31 short years together. Their loving relationship was one that most people wish for and is a role model for their children and grandchildren. Herb worked in the apparel industry for over 30 years for Sportempos, Bidermann Industries, and Baby Tog’s. Once Herb retired, he moved to Florida to enjoy the warmth, spending 16 years there making great friendships, fishing, and being active in many different volunteer organizations.
His funeral will be held on Sunday, January 21st at 11:45 a.m at Bernheim Apter Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, New Jersey. The interment will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery in Paramus.
