Born in the Bronx in 1950. Howard graduated from Rutgers University. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Dobson, his mother, Charlotte Tenenbaum, his sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Robert Lieberman, nephews Andrew and Alex and their families, step-son Jonathan, step-daughter Olivia and a grandson and many friends.
Funeral service will be held, Thursday, July 3rd at 11:00 AM at Bernheim Apter Kreitzman Funeral Home, 68 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ.
