Irene Beth Moses, 73, of West Orange, NJ for the past 40 years, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018. She worked for many years as a product demonstrator. She was most recently a member of Temple Beth Shalom of Livingston and a previous member of temples Ahavas Sholom of Newark and Temple B’nai Shalom of West Orange. She was also a member of the JCC Couples at Leisure, Women at Leisure and other clubs and organizations.
Over the years, Irene acted in many community theatre plays and musicals. Irene’s wonderful voice was part of several choruses; and currently she was with Shiru Nah Chorus where she was a chorus singer and a soloist.
Irene Beth Moses was the beloved wife of Robert Moses for over 49 years, devoted mother of son Kenneth Moses, daughter Wendy Moses (husband Glenn Seplowitz), and cherished sister of Howard Gorlitz.
