i've known Larry for many years, he was a good and gentle soul. Honest and decent. May he rest in peace.


Larry and I met chatting on the internet I don’t know how many years ago. Living in Michigan I never had the opportunity to visit. We remained friends and chatted a bit everyday, at least enough to say ‘good night buddy, I love you  ‘ every night.  Larry and I discovered we were both computer scientists and nerds. I admired Larry’s intelligence and respected his contributions to the field. Both progressives at heart, we often lamented the political turmoil our divided country was in. Larry loved his neighbors, his old Honda, and Tony, his faithful dog. He missed Bruce terribly and spoke of him often. How it saddened me when the messages stopped and I found his obit. My parents dog came to our home after their passing. Larry’s last words to me on Facebook were ‘I’m glad you have a dog back in your life.’ Buddy, I will miss not having you in my life. I love you. - Ricky
