Dr. Marvin Gould Veteran Springfield dentist Dr. Marvin Gould passed away on March 15, 2016, surrounded by his loving wife of 61 years, Gerry (Grushkin), and family. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 17, at 12 noon in the Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Rd., Livingston, N.J.
Marvin was a captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps in Germany after World War II. He later practiced dentistry in Springfield, N.J., for over 50 years. A past president and active member of the Springfield Rotary Club, Dr. Gould was a past president of Temple Beth Ahm's Men's Club.
The loving husband of Gerry, Marvin was the devoted father of Carol (Jim) Lurie and Alan (Kim) Gould and the adoring grandfather of five. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Serenity Hospice.
