Mollie Levine

Mollie Levine nee Green, 98, formerly of Newark, Union and West Orange, NJ,

passed away peacefully in the Daughters of Israel in West Orange on Saturday,

November 24, 2012.

Mollie leaves to mourn her devoted and loving three daughters; Harriet Diener, Sandra Stein, and Gloria Perl, a loving sister, Francis Lustigman, loyal sister-in-laws, Elaine Green and Bobbie Green, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and other meaningful relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles, her parents, Pauline and Jake Green, her brothers, Sol and Abe Green, and her sisters, Gussie High and Dore Platnick.

Mollie loved every minute of life, and you knew that the moment she said hello. Her love and kindness, generosity, and positive energy was always abound. She was active in the Sarah Slifer Organization for many years.

Her guidance and wisdom was immeasurable, and forever appreciated. Her family and dear friends meant the world to her. And, although she lived a simple life without the material things, her life was so rich with meaning; she treasured what she had, and was always most thankful.
