Bradley Joseph Stramecki, 36, of Livonia, passed away suddenly on February 24th, 2023. Bradley was born March 25th, 1986, to Charles and Nancy (Voytush) Stramecki in Royal Oak, MI. In his youth, he had a wondrous and vivid imagination and developed an insatiable appetite for reading. In High School he played in the Marching Band and participated in theatrical performances. After Graduating from Livonia Churchill High School in 2004, he attended Schoolcraft College earning a Liberal Arts Associate Degree in 2009. He went on to further his education and feed his desire for knowledge at Madonna University graduating with a BA in History in 2012. Then in 2015 he finished his educational career at Wayne State University with a Master’s degree in Library Sciences. Bradley supported himself throughout his collegiate career in a variety of ways, as a dishwasher, building attendant, custodian, and even his own small landscaping business. After graduation Bradley experienced various positions, until finding a home with Ward Presbyterian Church. When he wasn’t caring for his dog Jett, Bradley enjoyed reading and taking copious notes.
His interests included Finance, various bibliographies, Mythology, Ancient History, and his favorite subject of American History. In his own words, he “enjoyed analyzing current issues with a historical perspective.” He wrote many stories and was continuously working on his book titled “The Rise and Fall of America.” Later he developed a love of Sports, especially Professional Football. Fortunately, his love extended beyond the local sports teams, and he was able to enjoy the most recent Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl Victory. Bradley also enjoyed woodworking. He had recently completed a bar in his favorite style of burnt wood, of which he was very proud. But most of all Bradley loved people, especially all his friends and family. Whether it was an encouraging word, or just being there, you could always count on him when you needed it most.
Bradley was preceded in death by his loving Grandparents Joseph/Joanne Voytush, and Theodore/Gertrude Stramecki. He is survived by his parents Charles/Nancy Stramecki, his brother and Sister-In-Law Bryan/Carolyn Stramecki, his Nieces Sophie and Maggie Stramecki, and his Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
