Craig R. Karas

Craig R. Karas, born July 2, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, to Robert and Rita (Lamberti) Karas, passed away on November 2, 2024. He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, cherished by all who knew him.

Craig was a passionate car enthusiast, dedicating countless hours to restoring vehicles alongside his sons, Brad and Daniel. His love for adventure extended to the waters, where he enjoyed days on the boat. A devoted reader, Craig found joy in immersing himself in crime novels.

Family was at the heart of Craig’s life. He took immense pride in being a grandfather to his three beloved grandchildren: Charlotte, Bradley Jr., and Henry. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

He is survived by his beloved wife Patricia, his sons Bradley (Alexandra) and Daniel (Lindsay), grandchildren Charlotte, Bradley Jr., and Henry, and his siblings Timothy (Amy), Doug, and Mark Karas, along with numerous nieces and nephews who will also miss him dearly.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Homes, 37000 W. Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152. A funeral service will take place on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 10 am at Harry J Will Funeral Home.
