Kostas is survived by his wife of 62 years, Georgia; children, Chris (late Jim) Aggelopoulos and John (Yvette) Liogas; grandchildren, Peter, Jenna (Jeremy), Natalie (Joseph), Nikki, and Alex; and siblings, John Liogas and Athina Soussis. He will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Kostas was preceded in passing by his parents, John and Stavroula, as well as his siblings, Mary Metrusias and Vasili Liogas.
An in state will be held Monday, September 15, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Nativity of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 39851 Five Mile Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170, followed by a funeral liturgy at 11:00 AM. He will be laid to rest at Parkview Memorial Cemetery.
