John Stephen Reiff passed away on October 18, 2016 at the age of 96. He was the loving husband of Virginia for 35 years. The beloved father of Barbra Hodge, Beverly Bremer, Kenneth Nix, Steven Nix, Dawn Blanchfield, and David Reiff. The cherished Papa of Brett, Brady, Tonya, Shannon, Kyle and Erin. The dear brother of Ellen, William, Louis, Alice, Daniel and Virginia, and Richard. The great grandfather of Zoey, Zane, Deven, Taylor, and Courtney. He was preceded in death by his children Barbara and Kenneth, and his siblings Richard, Louis, Alice and Virginia. John was a proud Army veteran who served during WWII. He was awarded a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart during his term of service.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 4 to 8 pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road in Livonia. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 3 pm at the funeral home.
