Lila passed away on January 31, 2013. She is the beloved wife of Thomas LaBelle. Loving mother of Tina Rice-Johnson, Constance Rice, Cynthia Rice-Murray and Laura LaBelle. Adored grandmother of Clifford Wagle, Joshua Jackson, Robert Johnson, Paige Murray, Christina Johnson and James Johnson. Great grandmother of Veda Rae Wagle and one on the way. Cherished sister of Linda Salter-Moser, Sharon Salter-Carey and Warren E. Salter. Lila was preceeded in death by her daughter Jennie Rebecca LaBelle, her sister Sharyl Salter-Beyer, her brother Rudolph Steven Salter, her parents Rudolph Salter and Wilemina Akridge-Carlo, her mother and father in law Jennie Rymar LaBelle and Joseph E. LaBelle and her sister in law Joanne LaBelle-Kucera.
Visitation Saturday 4 pm until the time of service at 7 pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home in Livonia.
Memorial cintributions may be made to the American Lung Association in Lila's honor.
