 Just finding out about this and I am so sorry ...I met Michelle at  a poker table and we had an instant connection...I was able to get to know her a little bit and didn't take me long to realize what an awesome person she was..We were in and out of touch through these last few years...I know I won't forget her....So sorry for her Kids because I knew how much she loved them....RIP Beautiful

Brian, Joshua, and Karina; Uncle John, Sandy, John, Aunt Barbara and all who’s lives have been touched by Michelle. Words cannot express my sincerest heart felt emotions on your loss. The tribute, photos, and shared memories herein recount Michelle’s passion for life which was expressed in her love for you, her singing, achieving the highest distinction that can be awarded in education, and her rise to national status in her company. I am praying for your peace and comfort. May the sparkle of her smile, the warmth of her hug, and her personal drive to reach her next goal in life be a lasting memory and worthy example of the passion we all should have in our lives. Michelle had a tremendous spirit and boundless energy.   Her commitment to her colleagues and clients was above and beyond, which is why she was repeatedly recognized for her efforts in her work.    She was an inspiration - setting goals and stopping at nothing to achieve them, and often working towards several at the same time!   She excelled at work, went to university full time, prioritized her family and still had time for others.    While she had so much more to give, she made the best of every moment and I will always treasure the time I spent with her.

We met Michelle 5 yrs ago through our friend Rick singing Karaoke. We spent the entire weekend with Michelle the wknd before she passed. I feel so blessed we got to spend time together. I am still having a hard time processing Michelle’s passing. Way to young but I guess that was Gods plan. She is an angel now and will be watching over all of us. She touched our hearts and we instantly became friends when we met. We loved singing together on certain songs. We had some great times. Rest In Peace my friend. I worked with Michelle at TDAF and I remember her drive, helpfulness, ability to make you feel special and most importantly how proud and how much she loved her kids. Always talked about her kids which was perfect for me cause I talked about mine too. I wish I could find the picture of her and I from a trip we took to AZ when we had won an award. Thoughts and prayers to her children and family. I’m soo very sorry for your loss. 

When I heard Michelle had passed the first thing that came to my mind was her children. And how she was so proud of them and every time she always had some new pics to show. I worked with Michelle when she was with TD and Cox. She was one of the most approachable people   Her smile was something to see…..  We went on many outings together (baseball games dinners ) Always enjoyed the way she made you feel, like one of the family.  And can’t tell you how much Michelle will be missed this is someone I will never forget. My prayers to her family to make it through this tragic event.  Love Love ya Michelle…

My heart hurts and I am at a loss for words...Michelle and I worked together at TDAF. She was one of a kind and one of the most thoughtful people I knew. She had a brilliant smile and always a twinkle in her eye.  One of the most driven people I have ever met. 
My thoughts are prayers go out to her kids (whom she was very proud of) and her family.  Rest in Peace my Friend...

Shell and I go back about 30 years. We moved across country and back together. About 10 years ago, we reconnected through my wife and a mutual friend. While some things were fuzzy, some things clicked like no time had passed. She still had an uncanny ability to finish my sentences and there were so many times that we’ve been able to look back on and laugh. I came to admire her drive, 100% full speed all the time. I am thankful for our opportunity to reconnect. There is a song that says “you can’t make old friends.” Shell and I did just that a decade ago and I will miss her greatly. All of my heart goes to her children, family, Rick, and all of her other friends. 💔

You were such a ray of sunshine, you lit up a room with your smile. I have the best memories with Michelle. I worked with Michelle at the auto auctions.  She always gave me a good positive pep talk before I sold for her on the auction block 
She was always wanting to bring out the very best in everyone. 
She has made a huge impact in my life as well as others. 
May her Memory be Eternal 



I didn't know Michelle, only met her twice. 
What I do know, is my Son Rick Mortier, loved her with his Heart and Soul.
He's going to miss her forever. 
I'm sure her parents and children will feel the same

Michelle was so full of life!  Photo from our last meeting together in Dallas last month. She will be greatly missed!

I always had such fun with Shelly! I met her through Sandy and we hit it off immediately. Whenever we were able to get together we always had many laughs. She did a wonderful job hosting karaoke for my son’s graduation party and will always be part of a great day of memories. We’ve danced, sang, laughed and drank together. I’m so grateful I was lucky enough to make  fond memories with her! Rest In Peace beautiful soul, you’ll be greatly missed. ❤️
