Growing up, Brad was involved in Sunday School, Boys Crusaders, where he won several trophies and badges, youth group and also helped run the sound for services. Brad’s strong sense of faith was a testament of who he was and he carried that with him in his daily life.

He continued to make memories there with his wife and children and extended family. Many summers and Thanksgiving weekends were spent on the island.
Brad loved sports and he played as a pitcher on baseball teams for years. The ball diamond and hockey arena were like a second homes to Brad. Both his son’s played hockey, as well as his grandson. For years he was on the bench as an assistant coach and was loved and appreciated by his hockey family. Brad was a dedicated Toronto Maple Leafs fan and had several opportunities to go with his family and watch his beloved team play.
