Daisy Lily Elizabeth Morton

It is with great sadness that the family announces that Daisy Lily Elizabeth Morton peacefully passed away on April 11, 2014 at Victoria Hospital, surrounded by her family, just one day past her 98th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Morton (1996). Loving mother of Barbara Baillie (Ray), Gary Morton (Marlene) of Orleans, and Doug Morton (Janice). Dear grandmother of Jayson Baillie (Deb) of Burlington, Stacie Baillie (Sean Armstrong) of Simcoe, Wade Baillie, Melissa Morton of Orealns, Kelly Bourgon (Guy) of Cassellman, Sarah Morton (Daniel Gosselin), Emily Morton (Mark Bonnici) of Toronto, Matthew Morton and Karissa Morton (Cole Fleming). She will be missed by her great grandchildren Corey, Tyson and Lucia Morton, Faith, Yannick and Nat Bourgon, Benjamin and Madeleine Gosselin, Grace and Kate Bonnici, Carley Ross and Jake Baillie. She is also survived by her sister in law Pat Turow as well as many nieces and nephews. Being an only child Daisy was so very proud of her very large family. She will be missed by her many friends. Friends may call at the Needham Funeral Home (520 Dundas St., London) on, Tuesday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Church of the Ascension (2060 Dundas Street East London) on Wednesday April 16, 2014 at 11 am with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
