MADDOCK, GordonIt is with profound sadness that the family announces the unexpected but peaceful passing of Gordon Dale Maddock of London on January 14, 2010. Loving and supportive husband to Darlene Sinclair. Cherished father of Jennifer (Jason), Danny (Laura) and Michael (Robin). Loved grandfather to Catherine, Isabel and Gracie. He will be sadly missed by his brother Robert (Pat), sister in law Ellen, many nieces and nephews as well as many friends, customers and business associates. He is predeceased by his parents Clifford and Margaret and brother William. Gordon was a successful entrepreneur, founder and owner of Summerset Interiors, London. There was nothing Gord could not build, fix or renovate. He was extremely talented in many ways, but was happiest with a hammer in his hand. He loved the water and his boat and was looking forward to taking time to enjoy his passion. Friends will be received at the Needham Funeral Home (520 Dundas St. London) on Tuesday January 19, 2010 from 2–4 pm and 7-9 pm, where the funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 12 noon. Interment at Woodland Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers contributions to the, The Canadian Melanoma Foundation, Lung Association or St. Thomas Animal Aid would be greatly appreciated.
