the age of 91 years old. Hazel will be missed by her husband of 68
years, Leonard Brown, son Stephen (Laurie) Brown and daughter Shirley
(Brent) Lemon. Hazel was the proud Grandma to Thomas (Madeleine) Brown,
Angela (Josh) Seely, Nicole (Pat) Devereaux, Darryl (Daly) Lemon and
Tyler (Ashley) Lemon and Great Grandma to Griffin Seely, Logan, Jaxon
and Hudson Devereaux. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and
nephews and sister-in-law Marjorie Wimperis. We will all miss her
thoughtful ways in sending cards and gifts celebrating all the special
occasions.
Together Hazel and Leonard raised their family in the home they built
together in 1954 in London. We will miss gathering to celebrate the
Christmas holidays and seeing the tree she decorated with great care and
love.
Hazel is predeceased by her parents Harold and Margaret Wimperis,
brothers Harold and Jim Wimperis, sisters-in-law Pauline Wimperis and
Donna Pollard and parents-in-laws Tom and Lillian Brown.
Visitation will take place at Needham Funeral Home at 520 Dundas Street,
London on Friday, October 6th at 10:00 am with the service starting
immediately following, at 11:00 am. Burial will take place following
the service at Woodland Cemetery.
Donations, through the funeral home, to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or
a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
