To the whole family we like to express our sincere condolences for the loss of oom Co Gouweloos. 
Lieve tante Ans, we willen u ons medeleven overbrengen met dit grote verlies en u en alle kinderen,kleinkinderen en andere familieleden heel veel sterkte toewensen. Wij hebben de familie Gouweloos voor het eerst ontmoet tijdens ons bezoek aan Canada in 1971 en toen al viel me tijdens een BBQ op dat je prikkelende gesprekken kon hebben met oom Co en dat hij veel gevoel voor humor had.Later was het altijd heel gezellig om oom Co en tante Ans weer te ontmoeten tijdens hun diverse bezoeken aan Holland. Ze waren familie ver weg, maar voelden altijd "vertrouwd" als je hen weer zag! Het is heel jammer dat de laatste periode van zijn leven moeilijk en zwaar was voor oom Co door de ziekte van Parkinson.

Our sincere sympathies to the family en uit de grond van ons hart gecondoleerd, tante Ans. Ik leerde de familie kennen in de zomer van '71 bij ons eerste bezoek aan Canada. Ik vond 'oom Co' altijd een bijzonder mens, die altijd de tijd nam om de zaken van verschillende kanten te bekijken. Tijdens bezoeken aan Holland was het altijd heel prettig om Co en Ans weer te ontmoeten. All the best on this special Thursday.

My sincerest sympathies to your whole family. I was so saddened to learn tonight of Jack's passing. Jack was a wonderful, kind man. He became a part of my family as did Anne and the rest of the Gouweloos family that I have had the opportunity to meet.  I have NEVER met a more dedicated family. For that you should all be proud. I'm sure Jack is smiling down on you all with that contagious smile of his.  Thanks for the time I spent with him and Anne.

Ron, sorry to hear about the passing of your father, he must of been very proud of the great legacy he has left behind. Have comfort in the knowledge that his memory will live on through all the children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.

To all of you, my dear cousins, and dearest Tante Annie - this is a huge loss for all.  Oom Ko was the patriarch of our family and beloved by all of us.  He was blessed to be able to stay at home as long as he did, thanks to the loving care of so many of you.  You are all on our hearts and in our prayers as you face this time of loss.  I know that my mom, his sister, will miss her big brother dearly.  May you find comfort during this time knowing he has moved on to a more peaceful place.  Love from us all out west.
