James will be missed dearly by his loving wife Katherine of 56 years, son Cameron (Fay), daughter Fiona and Catrona (Brandon), niece Danielle, brother Bernie (Ann), grandson Ezra and granddaughter Sierra as well as many other family, friends and loved ones.
James was a carpenter by Trade Carpenters Union Local 1946 and avid outdoorsman who loved fly-fishing, bird watching, tying flies and tending to his pond, as he was a true animal and nature lover. He enjoyed reading about history and filling out crosswords while relaxing in his garden.
James was a member of Western Ontario Fish and Game Association.
James had a unique gift for story telling engaging anyone who was around and always ended in great laughter.
We will miss his amazing sense of humour, his genuine beautiful smile and laugh.
James was very creative, funny, kind and honest. He taught us many good values, which molded our personalities, and we are grateful for his words of wisdom and integrity.
Special thanks to Christian and PSW Mark.
We will miss you dad.
